Carboor Bobinawarrah Landcare Group

This group covers the areas around Carboor and Bobinawarrah, including the Hurdle Creek catchment.

About Carboor Bobinawarrah Landcare

Why join your local Landcare Group?

As a member you are able to access a number of services:

- equipment available for loan at subsided rates, including our 1000 L spray cart ($20/day), two Hamilton planters and a measuring wheel (both free loan).

- ability to participate in our annual plant order, where native trees and shrubs plants are supplied to landholders at a subsidised cost each winter. Orders are placed in February with Park Lane Nursery and members receive their order of plants from June.

- advice and information on specific issues through our Project Officer.

- we can also help you to develop ideas for projects to improve farm productivity and protect and enhance environmental assets on your land, and apply for funding to subsidise costs for these projects

The passionate committee meets every second month at the Milawa Hotel, and meetings are open to all. To become a member contact our secretary Shelley Hutchins at cblg.secretary@gmail.com or call 0432 448 673.

This group is supported by Landcare Facilitator Penny Raleigh 0427613970 or landcare.penny@gmail.com
