King Basin Landcare Group

The King Basin Landcare Group covers the upper catchment of the King River, including the townships of Whitfield and Cheshunt.

King Valley from Power's Lookout

The King Basin Landcare Group, since it was established in 1997, has sought to improve the health of their environment, farms and communities in various ways.

The newly revitalised group aims to collaborate with the community to facilitate and innovate environmental and agricultural practices to nurture healthy, resilient ecosystems.

King Basin Landcare meets monthly on the second Tuesday of the month. If you are interested in coming along to a meeting or would like to join the group, please contact our secretary Rosemary at kingbasinlandcare@gmail.com.

This group is supported by Landcare Facilitator Penny Raleigh 0427613970 or landcare.penny@gmail.com
