In September 2020, we were successful in applying for a Climate Ready Hume Mini Grant from DELWP to produce a series of videos - “Empowering Wangaratta in a Changing Climate”.

Wangaratta Landcare & Sustainability is committed to addressing the challenges a changing climate is presenting our local community and to highlight opportunities for local action.

The videos below showcase the actions that some Wangaratta residents are already taking, and provide tips and ideas to inspire the wider community. They highlight how making better choices about our homes and our everyday consumption, can create a cleaner, healthier and safer environment for each of us and our families, and reduce our impact upon the beautiful environment and biodiversity Wangaratta has to offer.
